Carpet Cleaning
We have 3 different methods of cleaning available to us. For residential carpets, we recommend Truck-Mounted Hot Water Extraction (HWE) for 3 reasons:
A. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) did a study that proved that truck-mounted HWE was the safest for indoor air quality because all of the bacteria that can be in a dirty carpet is removed to the outside of the home.
B. The carpet manufacturers have done studies that have proven that carpets properly maintained with HWE last longer. Now because of those findings, most major manufacturers have specified that the consumer must have their carpet cleaned with HWE a minimum of 12-18 months.
C. We at UCS believe it cleans much better and deeper than any other method available today - which means our customers are happy and will remember us the next time they need us.
Vor-Tech Cleaning System: At Universal, we have taken HWE to a new level of cleaning with our Vor-Tech Cleaning System. Our services always include pre-treating all spots and soiled pathways at NO additional charge. We use a rotary extraction tool that performs a gentle multi-pass cleaning to the carpet fiber. This method is better than the forward and back method because it leaves the nap more fully restored and removes more dirt and soil.
Furniture Moving: We move couches, tables, chairs, end tables and much more at no additional cost. We will move them carefully side to side and replace them on pads and blocks to protect your furniture and carpet during drying. If you live in Banning, Beaumont, or Cherry Valley, we include free pad and block removal.
Additional Services: We also offer upholstery cleaning, and tile and grout cleaning and sealing, various carpet repairs, and of course deodorizing and color repair.
Certified Technicians: We are an I.I.C.R.C. certified company (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification), which means you will always get a highly trained and certified technician during your cleaning appointment.
