Carpet Cleaning & Deordorizing
Get Clean Carpets with Our
At Universal, we have taken carpet cleaning to a new level with our VOR-TECH system. Our services always include pre-treating all spots and soiled pathways at NO additional charge. We use a rotary extraction tool that performs a gentle multi-pass cleaning to the carpet fiber. This process is better than the forward and back method because it leaves the nap more fully restored and removes more dirt and soil than others.
We are an I.I.C.R.C. certified company, which means that you'll always get a highly trained and certified technician to oversee and execute the cleaning process. Count on us to give you carpet cleaning and deodorizing services, which are backed by over 35 years of experience

Do I need to move my furniture before the crew arrives?+
We are professionally trained to move your furniture from side to side, and return it to its rightful place when cleaning is completed. We do suggest you remove items off of your furniture like electronics, plants, lamps, and knick-knacks. We will move most furniture that can be safely moved by a two-man crew. There are several items we may choose not to move, including: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, waterbeds, some large beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc.
How do you guarantee customer satisfaction?+
We're not satisfied until you are. We are happy to work with you to correct any situation that may arise. In some cases this can mean spot cleaning specific areas of concern or even completely re-cleaning the areas in question.
How long do I have to wait to let my children or pets on the carpet?+
The carpet may be walked on with clean feet or indoor shoes immediately after cleaning; however, we recommend limiting activity on the carpet to this foot traffic until it is mostly dry. With proper ventilation in your home and a temperature of around 74 degrees or higher most carpets will dry in 4-6hrs. Dry as defined by placing a paper towel on carpet, step on it, and it comes up dry. It will still remain cool to the touch for several hours as final moisture leaves the fibers. Even cold days can dry very quickly by simply following these guidelines. Indoor temperatures of 68 degrees and lower, high humidity, and poor air flow can greatly increase drying times.
