Do I need to move my furniture before the crew arrives?
+We are professionally trained to move your furniture from side to side, and return it to its rightful place when cleaning is completed. We do suggest you remove items off of your furniture like electronics, plants, lamps, and knick-knacks. We will move most furniture that can be safely moved by a two-man crew. There are several items we may choose not to move, including: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, waterbeds, some large beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables, etc.

+We're not satisfied until you are. We are happy to work with you to correct any situation that may arise. In some cases this can mean spot cleaning specific areas of concern or even completely re-cleaning the areas in question.

How long do I have to wait to let my children or pets on the carpet?
+The carpet may be walked on with clean feet or indoor shoes immediately after cleaning; however, we recommend limiting activity on the carpet to this foot traffic until it is mostly dry. With proper ventilation in your home and a temperature of around 74 degrees or higher most carpets will dry in 4-6hrs. Dry as defined by placing a paper towel on carpet, step on it, and it comes up dry. It will still remain cool to the touch for several hours as final moisture leaves the fibers. Even cold days can dry very quickly by simply following these guidelines. Indoor temperatures of 68 degrees and lower, high humidity, and poor air flow can greatly increase drying times.
